Petitions against illegal postings in NAB filed at LHC

LAHORE: A petition against illegal postings of DG NAB Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, and Baluchistan has been filed at Lahore High Court.

According to the special documents acquired by Abb Takk News postings of DG NAB Karachi Col (r) Sirajul Naseem; DG NAB Baluchistan Major (r) Tariq Mahmood Malik; DG NAB Lahore Major (r) Syed Nurhan Ali; and DG NAB Peshawar Major (r) Shahzad Saleem are against the law  while as per Section 336 of Terms and Conditions of NAB 2002 no posting on any designation could be made over six month of the present charge.

According to sources former chairman NAB Admiral (r) Fasih Bukhari had rejected the promotion of the said DGs in the meeting of NAB selection board in 2013 for not completing National Management Course and non-completion of tenure in Grade 19.

The petitioner pleads the court to stop the said DGs from working and to order enquiry against chairman NAB involved in illegal postings.
